Warranty Statement

* At PGY Innovations, we want to ensure we provide great service to our customers. For this purpose, we have prepared a Warranty Statement to inform you of our procedures and how we intend to handle warranty requests. Please note that the following statement applies only to individual customers.

* To ensure a smooth process for warranty support, please keep your purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant paperwork for your PGY Innovations product as proof of purchase for future service inquiries. This will help us provide fast and efficient service in case of a warranty claim. Please note that only purchase receipts issued by PGY Innovations or distributors authorized by PGY Innovations are valid for warranty. All refunds, returns, and replacements will only be processed after the original products have been received and inspected at our local warehouse.

Original Product Packaging

* The original packaging provides the best product protection, and improper packaging may void the warranty and be subject to charges. PGY Innovations will cover the cost of return shipping caused by our product quality during the warranty, but you will be responsible for the returned product's packaging and any damage occurring in transit caused by improper packaging. So we highly recommend that you keep the original packaging box and packing materials of the product in case you need to return it for warranty service.

Cancellation

* We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

* If the order is canceled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged.

* If the order is canceled after 24 hours and the order has not been shipped out, please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (from 3% to 5%).

* We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

* We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Return Conditions

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components.

* Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (from 3% to 5%).

Return Process

* Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.

Shipping fees

* If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

* If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Replacement Policy

* We are happy to provide you with replacement service in any of the following circumstances that occur:

- Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, provided always that the proof of damage issued by the carrier can be provided to PGY Innovations.

- Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, if you receive the wrong product.

- Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product suffers critical failure or manufacturing defects.

* Please note that the warranty period for the replacement under this section starts from the date of receipt of the replacement product by the customer. To ensure that the products you request replacement service are delivered in good condition, please note that all replaced products must be in the original packaging. Improper packing may void warranty and be subject to charge.

* If you have requested an exchange, related fees and costs must be paid and received by PGY Innovations before new items are shipped.

* Please note that once we have agreed to a replacement, customers are required to ship the product back within 14 calendar days as instructed. Failure to do so will be deemed as a waiver of your right to the replacement.

PGY Innovations will not provide replacement service in any of the following circumstances

* The request for a replacement is submitted 30 calendar days after receiving the product.

* PGY Innovations identifies, through evaluation and testing, that the defect(s) or functional problems are caused by user error.

* The product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by PGY Innovations. If you request the non-defective products be shipped back to you, the shipping cost is supported by you.

*The original proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided, or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

* Proof of damage during the transit issued by the carrier can not be provided, but it has not been rejected upon receipt, or no certificate confirming the damage has been issued by the logistics company. All shipping damages need to be reported within 7 calendar days after the package(s) is delivered.

* Products that are damaged due to force majeure including fire, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, etc.

What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

* Misuse or non-compliance with the user manual.

* The product is found damaged in transit, but it is not rejected on delivery, or no certificate confirming damages is issued by the logistics company. Proof of damage during the transit can not be provided.

* The failure is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, food or liquid spills, incorrect electrical charge, or other external causes.

* The damage is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by PGY Innovations.

* The product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of PGY Innovations.

* Loss, damage, or disclosure of your data.

* Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

* A legal proof of purchase from PGY Innovations, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

Product and Part Replacement

* Replaced items become PGY Innovations's property.

* Only unaltered products and parts qualify.

* Replacements are functionally equivalent and covered for the remaining original warranty period.

* Replacement products or parts provided by PGY Innovations may not be new, but they will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty.

* User Responsibilities for Service:

* Users need to arrange product shipments themselves for diagnosis at the local service center or PGY Innovations factory.

User's Rights

* This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights.

* Additional rights may exist under applicable laws or a written agreement with PGY Innovations.

* Statutory rights remain unaffected by this Limited Warranty.

*Important Information*

* PGY Innovations will repair or replace products falling under the Limited Warranty at no cost.

* If the issue is not covered, PGY Innovations or a designated service center may charge a fee accordingly.

* PGY Innovations reserves the right to revise and update the Limited Warranty.
